This is the geisha model that is posed to sit ontop of the octopus. Her hands and toes gave me hell…. and they are still not done, but other than that this model was alot of fun to sculpt.

This is my Annedroid character that I’m working on for my demo reel. I took inspiration from Fritz Lang’s Metropolis (which I also based the BG on) and the female alien from Species… I’m working on texturing right now and having an awful time with normal maps…Grrrrrrr!!!

I initially designed this character for my demo reel. I wanted to create a cinematic piece about an “alice”-like character in the woods, who comes across a rabbit which brings her to a greusomely sexy forest creature! After much debate I changed my whole demo reel idea….. someday I will model my forest banshee;)

This is a render from a group environment project. I actually had a lot of fun working with my classmates on this one! We had to create a ghost town, and decided to do one underwater set in the 1930’s-40’s. (I know your probably thinking bioshock! which had an amaaaazing environment) I focused my shot on the theatre and tried to light it in an eerie way… it was really cool to see how all our shots ended up quite different.

a digi painting I did using photoshop, to study perspective. I also wanted to play around with the lighting, I don’t think I got it quite right. The over all look is a little too soft, and needs more detail… any suggestions?

A little project we did in the 1st term, to model a low poly non-existing object. So, I decided to do a Steampunk [Spy]der Cam. This was also my first attempt at unwrapping and texturing. I liked the idea of this model, but it definitely needs work… someday!
